Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You can pay when your order reaches you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days. Major cities are often faster, and remote areas may take a little longer.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on our bundles and on selected products. For other orders, the delivery charges is shown at checkout before you pay.
What if I don't like my order?
You can send it back within 7 days, no fuss. Message us on WhatsApp or see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Are your soaps really handmade?
Yes. Every soap is made by hand in small batches, so quality, fragrance and finish stay incredible and consistent.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are made with skin-loving ingredients. If you have a known allergy, please check the ingredients list on the product page or ask us before ordering.
How do I use and store a hanging soap?
Wet your hands, rub them on the soap to make lather, then wash. Hang it back in a dry place. Keeping it dry helps it last much longer.
How do I get the free gifts in a bundle?
Pick any 4 hanging soaps in the bundle collection and your free gifts are added to your order automatically.
Can I place a bulk or gifting order?
